The Independent Mortgage Shop is a Nottingham based mortgage advisory service which offers advice on mortgages and related insurance products to the whole of the Nottingham and wider East Midlands area. Our advisors live and work in Nottingham and therefore not only are accessible, but have a strong knowledge of the properties on which they are arranging mortgages. A Client has the peace of mind of knowing that not only are they dealing with professionals through this website, they are also able to meet them face-to-face at any one of the Independent Mortgage Shop branches in Arnold, Beeston or Mapperley.
We offer you choice
We have access to the whole of the mortgage market letting us search for the best deals. There are dozens of websites and price comparison sites which claim to offer you a full choice, but remember that not all the lenders advertise on these sites. You could use our site to find the right mortgage, and then apply directly to the lender. However, this won't normally save you money - and in fact it could be cheaper through us.
We are independent
The Independent Mortgage Shop isn't tied to any bank or building society and as an independent advisor we are impartial and can search for the mortgage that suits your circumstances rather than the lender's.
